To see a compilation of your CallGuide calls, press My Contacts.

In the opened list you find the contacts you have handled during the current session, that is, the list is cleared each time you log out from CallGuide Mobile Agent.

Press the row you want more facts about. In the opened detail view you see the following:

Exactly what is seen is regulated by what your CallGuide solution could read. CallGuide needs e.g. 30 seconds to perceive that a call has been answered. Calls with shorter duration can thus not be seen anywhere in CallGuide.
